So far I am disappointed in this carrier. I didn't buy a Baby Bjorn with my current baby because that carrier gave me such bad backaches. And I hate fiddling around with sling wraps. I want a baby carrier that ideally takes only a few minutes to put on and have baby in place--a little longer than the time it would take to put a backpack on. So I thought I'd give this a go. It seems similar to the Baby Bjorn, but it claims to be comfortable and ergonomic and looks neat and simple.

It was difficult to make the adjustments for the straps beforehand. I guess that becomes easier if you use it often. It took a good 10 minutes to do the straps because I wanted to make sure things were in the right position before the baby is manuevered into this contraption. A doll and stuff animal was used to mimic how much space my daughter would take up.

That said, when I put my daughter in it for the first time (at 3 weeks) it freaked my daughter out. The back of the carrier didn't feel "right." I expected to feel comfortable but actually felt tugged in the wrong places. I looked in a full length mirror to adjust where I needed to, so that the baby's head is at my chin level and the back straps aren't riding high on my back. By then, the baby is crying up a storm. Since she was crying so much I thought I'd try it again when she is older.

When the baby was 2 months old we tried again. She lasted about half an hour. Then she wanted out loudly. I put her in the carrier two more times since then, and she lasted the same amount of time.

It could just be a personal dislike on my daughter's part for being put into a carrier and not to this particular carrier. I am going to try it out again when my daughter can support her head and can be carried face outward. I'll report back. For now the carrier is collecting dust in the baby's closet.

UPDATE: We recently tried the carrier on my girl who's now 3 1/2 months and able to be face forward. She likes it much better. It was rainy and cold here and since this carrier came with a detachable fleece cover (not sure if it's included in every model), it proved extremely handy.

Still my baby lasts less than an hour in it, but that's fine with my back. If I had her in it longer I'd be visiting the chiropractor more. For the price I paid ($35), I am satisfied with this purchase. Get more detail about EuroRider Carrier - Black / Pink Flowers.

I bought this carseat a few months ago for my 3rd baby, and my husband and I like it better than the Graco Snugride that we bought 6+ years ago for our first child. The Chicco carseat base is so easy to install, adjust, and remove from the vehicle that we don't feel the need to buy a second base for my husband's truck. It's also very easy to adjust the tightness of the straps on the baby, which makes it easier to get her in and out and for adjusting based on how thick her clothing is. On the negative side, it seems like the straps don't fit our baby just right (they seems too short up-and-down when I tighten it enough on her chest), but I'm hoping that it will work better as she grows a little more (she's only 2 months old and about 12 lbs. right now). Our baby hates being in the carseat and won't sleep in it most of the time, but I'm not sure if that's because of it being uncomfortable or if she just doesn't like carseats. I bought this for my 2009 Kelty double (deuce swivel) jogging stroller (for cold weather). This weather cover is wonderful in that there is minimal vinyl (baby can still see out through the window). The fabric part is nice material. It goes on the stroller so easily, that if we were out and got caught in the rain, I could put it on quickly. It comes with a handy storage bag, too. I can put it in the stroller pocket. Like any weather cover, once your kids' feet get to be long (my 20-month-old already has her feet to where they can reach the cover by the footrest), their feet might bump into the cover. My 3-year-old knows enough not to kick at it. No problem for little babies, though.

The fit is very good, which amazed me. I feel I can take my kids out in below 32 degree weather now. I'm not saying that 0 degrees (as it can get in Chicago) would be ideal!

The Protect-A-Bub company did not respond to my emails, so I had no idea if this would fit or not. There was no picture of a side by side double jogger on the website. Turns out I am very happy with this purchase. The Kelty company offered their own weather cover for my stroller, for $80 (and it's the same design as their bug cover, which was too hard to actually attach). All in all, it's a great idea and just needs some tweaking to make it a really great thing for runners with kids. I have been using it for about a month and it's definitely helpful but not perfect.
All my grievances with the StrollSmart may be affected by the fact that I am using it with a double jogger. (Admittedly, I have not tried it with a single so it might work just fine in that case.)

Here are the problems I've encountered while using it with the double.

1. I have to sort of run off center and use my pelvic bone to control the frame. This somewhat affects my gait but sot so much that I don't get a decent run. I've noticed when I only have 1 child in the stroller, it's a little better since I'm not compensating for weight distribution differences but I'm still running off-center.

2. This product is NOISY!!!! I run down the street and I can actually hear the squeaking over traffic and my iPod.

3. You simply cannot corner with this on. I have a fixed front wheel so turning requires some amount of lifting the stroller to a degree to turn. However, the StrollSmart is designed to break free from the frame with any twisting so when you try to corner, you need to use your hands or you and your stroller will soon be parted. Perhaps this wouldn't be an issue with a front wheel that pivots but most serious runners (which is who this product is geared toward) use a fixed-front while running.

Things I like:
1. The band is a good fit for both me and my husband. I also like the width. The velcro is strong and once fitted snugly does not unhook, slide or rub up and down. No chafing here!

2. I am able to do my short runs with the product, thus saving money on a sitter, getting my kids out for some air and showing the importance of fitness to my girls. I would never even attempt to do long runs with it, though, for the reasons stated above.

3. It works pretty well on very straight pathways where no turning is required.

4. It's adjustable to the height of the runner, again making it user-friendly for anyone who might like to run with your stroller besides you!

Bottom line, know why you're buying this product. We love our Mountain Buggy Single Stroller too. We are new parents and my sister recommended it to us. If I had to list my favorite characteristics, they would be (1) very versatile handling, even with a wagon full with baby and groceries, you can manouver tight corners with one hand (2) easy adjustments, the seat is reclineable and a comfortable place to sleep, even for our picky little sleeper, the adjustable handle bar is not to be underappreciated, and the storm cover is easy to put on and take off (3) very compact, we had a very small call before, and with one manouver the wagon collapses into a manageable form, the wheels are easily removable and allowed the buggy to fit even into our tiny car (4) lots of cargo space, (5) air tires, allows us to drive on cobbles stone as well as bumpy hiking trails. The only minor drawback is not the buggy itself, rather the carrycot. It became too small for our baby too soon, at 12-14 weeks, it became too narrow for him. I've seen carrycots for other wagons, that allow the infant to lay on his tummy and look forward. It would be nice if Mountain Buggy developed a carrycot with an adjustable front or back wall. All in all though, we are very content with our Mountain buggy. My husband tends to be rough with tools and equipment, but the mountain buggy still holds up well, despite getting thrown around sometims. :-)

I purchased the e3 buggy in 2006. I cannot tell you how unhappy I am with the quality and the level of customer service I have received.
The 2 rear tires were slowly losing air after one year. I do not use this stroller in the winter, only in the summer and when I went to use it this past spring, the tires were flat. I noticed that the rims were slightly warped, and asked customer service if these could be replaced. Yes, for $42 apiece!! I have followed the directions to use a handpump and the rims are still warped. I am astounded that an expensive stroller would have this level of defect, and that phil & ted's does not offer wheel replacement.
I should have paid attention to other site reviews which mentioned issues with the wheelsand customer service.
Other complaints:
-Lack of tray for the child to use for snacks.
-The height of the bar in front of the child makes for difficult exit
-The lack of storage when there is a child in the rear attached seat. This is a HUGE inconvenience.
-The lack of cupholder/storage for the parent.

We have Peg Perego Primo Viaggio Infant SIP car seat manufactured in 2009, and a Bugaboo Frog stroller. Now, I was confused as to which adapter I needed to purchase because there seemed to be several different Bugaboo-Peg Perego car seat adapters on Amazon, and according to some reviews, they didn't fit. I thought I would purchase this and see what happens. Couldn't stand the look of a high chair so have been using a booster seat with the clip on tray. It was finally time to move our 19 month old to the table so we bought this booster despite seeing some mixed reviews. I like this chair so much that I actually took the time to write a review.

Some people commented on the high price. We actually got it cheaper at Bed Bath & Beyond. Even though the item gets mailed to your house, you have to actually go to the store to order it if you want to use one of those 20% off coupons they send nearly every month. Still was $10 cheaper even with tax and shipping.

Others commented that their kid could climb out of it. It looks like there are several models available. This one has a 5 point latch system (shoulder and waist straps) while some of the others only have waist straps. Make sure to check! I erroneously ordered the waist strap only version first but luckily realized my mistake early and was able to change my order.

Still others said food gets trapped between the seat and the base. I haven't found that to be a problem as this is the ONLY place where food can get trapped (unlike most highchairs/boosters where food gets trapped in a million places). If food does get trapped, it's VERY easy to clean as the seat easily separates from the base.

Finally, unlike some other boosters, this seat actually straps to your chair and is very secure. It's comfortable and looks great in our house (again, unlike most highchairs/boosters). Our son was at the perfect height and the lip on the bottom of the table didn't get in the way of his little thighs at all. I'd suggest also getting the Kiddopotamus TinyDiner placemat to protect your table! I would definitely recommend this chair and only wish I had found it months ago.

UPDATE: Have now used this for 3 months (our child is nearly 2 yo). We stopped using the shoulder straps pretty quickly- they don't stay on very well unless very snug, and as they aren't padded they are uncomfortable and our son doesn't like them. We haven't had any problems with him being able to get out of the seat. Our table has a lip underneath it, though, so his legs can't wiggle enough to allow him to escape.

As far as cleanup, you can lift the FRONT of the seat up off the base to wipe away any stray food, but you can't separate the two completely without undoing a bunch of straps. This hasn't been a problem as food only collects in the front (and even then, not very often when we use the Kiddopotamus).

Finally, the "blueberry" color is more black, so be forewarned if you don't want a very dark chair.

We love the Joovy Caboose. Our 2 year old can stand while the 2 month old infant is in her car seat up front with the included car seat adaptor. I received this as a shower gift (Carnival Bloom print). I registered for it and was so excited to receive it. However, I would not recommend this product for several reasons. The cover I received started unraveling after using it for less than 2 months. I contacted Emmalu design right away and she advised that I had to go through amazon. Since It had been 5 months since my shower, Amazon said to go to the company directly. A product made to be a car seat cover should work for longer than 2 months. I again contacted Emmalu designs and she has failed to return my phone calls. I am disappointed as I have an expensive cover that is falling apart. I would also note that the fit is a bit too snug and pulls. It is on a Graco snugride (the basic model not rated for bigger babies). I do not recommend this product though the fabric is so darn cute! I am still hoping that the owner of emmalu designs will replace my cover...

I have a horrible habit of researching every product I buy. This purchase frustrated me because I couldn't find a shred of first hand experience for it. I ordered it anyway, because our winters in Northern Minnesota made the other Bundle Me's by JJ Cole look inadequate and we needed something.

It arrived today and I couldn't be happier. This is very well made- thick and with a heavy exterior shell like a good Columbia or North Face ski jacket. On the inside is a very plush and soft fleece lining. Between the exterior shell and this inner fleece lining is a material like Thinsulate and it's about an inch or so thick.

There are multiple slots for proper placement of shoulder straps and for the crotch strap which should allow this to work with any car seat. Ours is a Graco Snugride, and we were able to use the head support that came with the car seat along with the Arctic Bundle Me. It zips both ways, so you can get access to the feet of your child without completely uncovering them or unzip it and fold it down towards the feet. When you zip it all the way up it covers the face of our 2 month old but does not rest on his face. His hat protects the rest of his head. You can also leave it zipped most of the way up and fold it over as shown in the photo so your child can see. There is a velcro dot on either side that holds it folded over. The "hoodie" top is a little bulky and serves its purpose, but it would have been nice if it attached to the lower zippered part somehow. The main function of this part that I see is that it protects from wind.

On tonights outing the temperature was 1 degree above zero, with 30-35 mile an hour winds, making it about 15-20 below zero with the windchill. The Arctic Bundle Me was great for keeping him warm between the car and the restaurant and I could pull the hoodie top down far enough to keep the wind out of his face while still allowing him some fresh air. Upon arrival home he was toasty warm in just the sleeper and hat he wore on this outing.

It's an expensive product, but if you have cold winters and a growing baby, by the time you add up the cost of the heavy winter clothes he'll outgrow, this makes more sense to buy. Additional benefits are better safety due to the 5 point harness being closer to your child, as well as the ease of being able to plop your child in here with just about anything he has on and head out the door.

I was worried that my petite daughter (just turned 2 a couple days ago, very short and weighs 20 lbs) might not be able to use this but she has no issues with it. I needed something for our toilet since she refused to go on the little potty we bought her. Daycare has miniture 'big' potties which she can easily use with a stool but ours is still too tall for her. She would throw a fit when we would try to lift her up to it "I DO IT!!" so this is exactly what we needed.
The seat is on a hinge almost and when you take it off the toilet it falls back to the step part allowing it to 'fold' flat. When my daughter first used it I made sure to hold the ladder still so it wouldn't scare her (thus her not wanting to use it) if it moved. She turns around on the step and then sits and scoots back on the seat with little effort. While sitting on the seat she can put her hands on top of the handles to brace herself for #2 and yes, even lift up the ladder but she thinks that part is funny and it keeps her on the potty longer (it's always an event that she doesn't like to rush) without being dangerous at all.
Our neighbors have a 2/12 year old and are tired of cleaning out the little potty they have for her all the time so I let them borrow ours for a bit to see if they liked it and she's now ordering one. I've recommended it to several people. We're military living overseas in Germany and it fits the toilets out here just fine, if that helps anyone. First, let me say that I am a mother of 4 children. My first three were all very close together, so I haven't been in the market for a stroller in a while. However, #4 was a sweet surprise, so I needed to buy pretty much everything all over again. This was difficult simply because I had loved my Graco City Lite set I bought in 2001.

I did lots of research. My main issues are that I can't stand a big huge heavy stroller and I wanted a drink holder. This stroller is perfect - not too heavy at all, yet not an umbrella jobbie. It has a great cup holder, though an oversize drink will not fit. No worries, though, because there is also a tray which can accomodate diffent size items. With 4 kids, I drive an Expedition and with the 3rd row in, there isn't much room left in the way back. The stoller takes up most of the space. But, I can tell you that the full size strollers won't let the door close...and you better be in shape if you're lifting 35+ pounds up into the vehicle each time! The stroller has been great both reclined and now as my son begins to sit. The 5 point harness in the stroller helps hold him in place nicely. Again, the stroller is big enough to hold him, the diaper bag and my stuff, as well as small enough to manuever through stores easily.

The other BIG pro I loved about this set was that the carseat has, hands down, the best infant head support I have seen out there. Most of the carseats come with a ring piece, but this one has thicker padding on each side of the head. The result? No nodding, floppy head on my newborn! Now, there is a negative about the carseat which my husband wants me to mention and that is that the seat does not sit in shopping carts very well (the small part where bigger kids sit). The latching mechanism at the back is in a high spot and when you put the seat in the cart, the seat is leaning way back. I have not found this to be an issue, but it bothers him.

The seat has a very comfortable handle - the wide corners make carrying the chair in the crook of your arm possible and painless. I also love the colors. The pictures don't really show how rich the colors look.

Overall, this stroller has exceeded my expectations and I just wanted anyone checking it out to know how happy I have been with it.
